SOLIS 5 YEAR TRACTOR WARRANTY
Warranty and repair
With all new Solis tractor purchased from 2023 comes a 5 year/3000h* warranty. The warranty covers labour and spare parts. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects.
A condition of the warranty is that tractor is serviced as per the intervals laid out in the operator’s manual. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper usage, such as overturning the tractor, hitting a rock, modifying the tractor, fitting dual wheels, using oversized implements, overloading the lift capacities etc.
Any repair of a fault found during the warranty period and falling within the scope is carried out free of charge during normal working hours at the dealer’s workshop where the tractor was purchased or at another location indicated by the supplier.
Different warranty periods:
- Tractor Transmission – 60 months/3000h.
- Tractor Engine – 60 months/3000h.
- Front loader – 12 months/1000h.
- Implements – 12 months/1000h.
- Hydraulic hoses – 12 months/1000h.
- Alternator, Starter Motor, Fuel Injection Pipe – 12 months/1000h.
- Battery – 6 months.
- Wheels – 12 months/1000h
- Tractor electrical parts – 12 months/1000h.
The warranty does not cover defects that have arisen:
- Radios.
- From normal wear and tear.
- From retrofitting.
- From improper storage.
- Because of neglect of maintenance.
- From incorrect installation.
- From incorrect and careless use.
- From use not following the guidelines in the operator’s manual.
- From water damage.
Application of warranty conditions
The dealer or an entity authorized by them decides in accordance with these warranty conditions whether repairing the machine is covered by the warranty.
If it is determined that the defect or error reported by the customer is not covered by the warranty, the dealer has the right to charge for searching and locating the defect or error at market rates.
